Born and raised in Pennsylvania surrounded by nature and animals, she always wanted to become a veterinarian and to move out West. She began riding horses at 9 years old and they are still her #1 passion. She was one of the first women to receive her undergraduate degree at Columbia University and then she completed her Veterinary Medical Degree at University of Penn. in 1991. That same year she moved to Idaho. When she is not busy with her Holistic Equine Sports Medicine practice spanning from S. California to Calgary,  you will find her playing with her own horses, exploring the wilderness, elk hunting or refining her riding and horsemanship skills. Her first ranch was outside of Boise, Idaho where she spent 20 years breeding, raising, training, observing herd dynamics and healing her own horses and treating clients horses’.  In 2007 she acquired the Dream Ranch in the heart of Central Idaho’s White Clouds Wilderness.
